Ensure to expose the IBD staff to various ex-house-training sessions, seminars, and workshops for their continued professional development. Conduct refresher training programs. Submission of trained staff report time by time to wherever required. To work with IBD product team to develop the contents of Islamic Computer Based Trainings (CBT) Providing support for queries and complaints by CBT users Maintaining training MIS on Islamic Banking conversion and preparing Expense tracking sheets. Sharing attendance/feedback (periodic and upon request as well.) Supervision of logistics for Islamic Banking training programs. Travel extensively to ensure that all Islamic banking staff is trained on Islamic Banking products & principles training. Prepare cost approvals and announcements for internal training programs.
